Screen PrintThe most cost-effective way to print onto a non-woven bag. Recommended when the artwork involves fewer than 7 PMS colours. |
Heat Transfer PrintHere images from pre-printed (CMYK process) paper are transferred onto the bag fabric by contact heat. This produces clear, very well defined photo-quality images. |
Digital Laminate PrintImages are printed directly onto the fabric, this method includes a final lamination of the image with a gloss or matte finish to give vibrant and distinct images (minimum order is 10,000 units) |
A transfer is produced by printing sublimation ink onto transfer paper and then heat pressing it onto the product. Sublimation ink is actually a dye so there is no ink build-up on the finished print and it looks like part of the product.
